We are not responsible for any children at any given time, this is the parents or guardians responsibility.
We do not sign no agreements or accept any deals of anykind from customers
We do not accept credit card or cheques, these are cash only services.
We are not responsible for cleaning up any mess at any party other than our own supplies when finished

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by The Party Planner People as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure fun and exciting entertainment to you. The information you provide is only available to The Party Planner People and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request The Party Planner People to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the The Party Planner People Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside The Party Planner People's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that The Party Planner People is released from The Party Planner People's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, lack of delivery from suppliers.

Payment

All services and our products we supply remain The Party Planner People's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you book us. Payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase and If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to book from The Party Planner People.

All payments are made by cash on day of or in full by Paypal no credit Card information is stored or accepted.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax) may occur, depending on the type of service you decide to book with us. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional Information

The Party Planner People reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and booking offerings without prior notice. At the event of when we are there if anything is wrong with the products or any of The Party Planner People feel sick, we have the right to cancel the booking and refund any amount paid in the best way. The Party Planner People shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement bookings if available.
